Once an order has been placed and payment has been made, we accept cancellations till the time we have not packed or shipped your order. In case we have already packed or shipped your product, it won’t be possible to cancel your order.

Pre-Booking and Back Orders will not be eligible for cancellation.

Once we have approved your cancellation request, Refunds are issued to the original payment method only within 7–10 business days after deducting payment gateway charges. Cash refunds are not permitted.
