SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING

 

We ship across India via reputed couriers and shipping partners. All prices showing on checkout are inclusive of all taxes, packing & shipping. No separate delivery charges are collected at the time of delivery. Delivery timelines are indicative.

 

 

DAMAGED PARCEL AT DELIVERY

 

If the parcel is visibly damaged, customers must reject it at delivery and take clear photos and a short video of the damaged parcel and courier label. Inform our support team immediately.

 

 

360° PARCEL OPENING VIDEO (MANDATORY)

 

For all post-delivery claims related to damage, missing items, or wrong products, a continuous 360° parcel opening video is compulsory. The video must start before opening the sealed parcel, show the courier label and seal clearly, and have no cuts or edits. Claims without valid video evidence will not be accepted.

 

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

Returns or refunds are approved only if the product is damaged during transit or an incorrect product is delivered. Claims must be raised within 2 hours with proper evidence. Change of mind, colour variation, minor textile variations, used products, late claims, or missing evidence are not eligible.

 

INVALID PARCEL REJECTION

 

If a parcel is rejected without valid reason such as change of mind, delivery delay, or price dissatisfaction, courier, packaging, insurance and return charges will not be refunded. Any refund, if approved, will be net of logistics costs.

 

REFUND MODE & TIMELINE

 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only within 7–10 business days after approval. Cash refunds are not permitted.

 

LAW & JURISDICTION

 

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Durg, Chhattisgarh, INDIA.
